I raised a webform on 2July and I got response on 9 July

I have raised 6 web forms since submission of application 59 days ago,but only to update details about application,they have never replied that they have made those changes.

Lucky you..I have not received any single reply even after 40 above days for gsms nots and webform both

Can anyone suggest to me what to do if the Canadian embassy in India does not reply or respond?
I applied on 19 December 2020 with my spouse.
Our review of eligibility started on 04 March 2021. Since then there is no update and progress. Does anyone have any idea what I can do in this situation?

Yup. Sent a certificate through web form on 29 June, received an email from them confirming on 08 July.
