Anyone from visa exempt coutry..?! Please, share your experiense.. How will I know that COPR is sent to me when I am from visa exempt country?! Ecas shows 'DM' over a month, but nothing else yet.. I am outside Canada, so..

I am November 2013 applicant.
Med received on ECAS - Nov 7.
RPRF request - Nov 14.
DM on ECAS - Nov 21.

I've got GCMS today. It shows: "Application approved"

I got mine within a week of the status change, but I was already in Canada.
