AOR received - 24 September 2014
VO Acknowledgement of Receipt - 7 October 2014
And on my ECAS page I see: We started processing your application on February 26, 2015.

So looks like they are slow on start up.
The good thing is that after this I got my medical request already on 3 March 2015

Information update & Rprf payment

Recently I have received Med request & RPRF. Accompanying them is an update information form.
I am the Pr. Applicant with 3 dependent (each with different UCI and Application No.)

My question is about:

First: "information update form": whether only my (as only one space is provided at top right corner) or all the family member's application number needs to be mentioned on this form?

Second: receipt has the mention of my name (although I have paid for my spouse also as a single payment of $980) & my UCI has to be filled in on the same receipt. Is it implicit that the payment includes my spouse also?
