they dont have Provincial nominee program for international students? then what's the benefit?

windsor is better in this aspect

Ajoseph: I have also applied for M.Eng ECE, but no reply came yet could you please tell me when did you apply and in how many days you got accepted. I have got admission in concordia but I am preferring UNB because it is cheaper than concordia....kindly tell me which uni is better?

Guys is UNB good university for Mech? I mean I know it is one of the oldest university but especially considering about mechanical faculty at UNB? Ms Mech as you have got admit have you done any research related to that?

Moreover, can we work in other state after graduation?

Yes. I did a lot of research before applying into universities. I applied in universities after analyzing my profile.I didnt apply at top tier uni's and neither at lowest. UNB is oldest and mechanical department was estb in 1902(approx). It's medium level university with very low fees approx half of concordia. Living cost is also very low comparing to other provinces.

Though there are no official ratings of canadian universities. I consulted this site http://www.4icu.org/ca/ . I confirmed it from locals there from different provinces. They say they would also rate approximately same way. concordia is 24 and UNB 25 so difference is not much. Last year concordia was 22 and unb 26.

Rest these are ratings based on all courses taught at universities including law, engg, arts, business. So field wise ratings wary.

Yes, after completing graduation and obtaining a valid study permit, you can work anywhere in canada, even in Yukon territory. :P

Best of Luck. :) :)
