Struggle with certain parts of the application not opening? I.E - "please wait..." it seems every time I'm looking at the CIC website for the application most sections I get this notice. Even after updating Adobe. Any suggestions?

Try using a different browser to open them. I had the same issue with Chrome, but when I used Edge (the new Internet Explorer) it worked perfect.

Sometimes it works if right click on the form, select "open with" and then, select Adobe Reader.
