My wife studied here. She mentioned it was a small town college and had to do one year in Castlegar campus and other year at Nelson campus. (This may just be for her program idk). But if it is the same for you then you will need to find job twice if you plan to move close to campus.
Overall the college is nice, has a small town vibe. There are many places for part time jobs to do while studying.
