I would suggest DIY, consultant are there to misguide you.
Good universities pay less cut to consultants so they try to pacify student to approach universities which give them a higher cut.
They will frame in a way that a particular university is best. Don't fall in their trap.
Later student realize that they have been fooled.
Save your hard earn money and get into best university you deserve to be. So, DIY.
