Could I able to get a spouce visa while studying in Canada!
My spouse is currently a litrature student ( not in English and French)
What are the things to be noted !

Yes, your spouse can get a open work permit if eligible. SOWPs are not guaranteed. You need to show the funds to pay tuition and living expenses (amount increases with spouse). And you need to show education and career advancement (job offer with better paying job and promotion) to justify spending tens of thousands of dollars.
