Anyone applied for SOWP in Singapore

Have you applied for SOWP which is being processed in Singapore? Can you please share your timeline?

My timeline:
Applied: June 15, 2014 (Upfront Medical)
Biometric: June 16, 2014
After that no update.

Please share your timeline. So, we will understand how long it might take to process the application.

I tried to apply thru Singapore but was advice by the immigration lawyer to apply with the immigration at the border once my ICT work permit is approved. My partner is an Italian so she doesn't need a TRV. Might be best to separate the application from main applicant. Currently my ICT is still in open status after 4 months in Singapore. Pretty long wait. Best to apply anywhere else than Singapore since the office has one of the longest processing time.

I am a foreign worker here in Singapore, My SWOP was submitted and received by CIC August 24 through a representative based in Canada.
The thing is, we were told that the processing time is 8-10 weeks, and I will have my Work pass ended on Nov 30.
Until now no update.

Does anyone have an idea of I can still have the paper processed in Singapore?
I will leave Sg and will come back when the result comes out?
