Anybody who submitted India's police clearance after submitting all the document

That has been done by the people in the case of FBI clearance.I don't think people have sent their papers without India's police clearance.Is there anybody who couldn't submit India's police clearance but sent all the papers and then submitted police clearance later on.


Please help.

Is there somebody who has sent all the papers and then later on submitted India's police clearance to the buffalo after 120 days.
