Hi everybody.

I would like to know if there are anybody who had completed their medicals in December and not yet received their visa. I have done my medicals on December 22, 2009, and been waiting now for almost 2 months now and am really getting tired of the wait. Is it mandatory that the ecase status will show "medicals received" coz in my case it is not showing. All thoughts are invited.

Dear Velbypaul,
Same is the case here . i have submitted the medicals on 28th of Dec and still the status is same alike you .... IN PROCESS. well dont exactly know that they shall change the status from IN PROGRESS to medical received... i think they shall change togethre with the ""Medical results have been , A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."""" HOPEFULLY.....

Thanks a lot.. Was getting worried as i see some ppl mentioned "Medical results received" in the e-cas status. So it seems we are on the same boat. Waiting for our Visa stamped Passport. Lets hope for the best.

hi chamudada... since your case has been like almost 3 months, I would advise you better contact CHC. Send a Case Specific Enquiry.

Hope you get a favorable reply.

::)Thanks velbypaul

I had applied through an immigration consultant. Last friday they informed me that they have sent a case specific query for my case on friday itself and i shall be updated by them in about one week, so lets see. Hope i get a feedback and hopefully a favourable one........ today ;D :'(

hi chamudada... i hope you get a call saying "Your visa has been stamped." I asked my consultant regarding Case Specific Enquiry yesterday and he said not to do it or send any emails... i wonder why. But really, we are on the high tension wire. The saying "Anxiety Kills" is really true.

i m also in the pipeline guys. i know that it is really tough, but all we can do is wait.

I underwent medicals on 22 dec and sent the PP+rprf on 23 dec , receeived the receipt for rprf.
BUT no undates after that , status still " in process ".....
Is there something wrong , what should i do.
In dec 2009 , i saw many cases where PP were stamped with 20-30 days of sending the PP , why has chc New delhi slowed down...

From what I came to know through other forums is that there are 16 Visa Officers. Some may be fast, others slow. So it all depends on luck. I had met a family on the day i did my medicals and they got their Visa stamped on January 30, 2009. Now its been 2 months for me too. Everyday am expecting to hear the good news.

It depends upon the Doctor as well who is posted at the embassy who gives green signal to your medical reports and then it goes for Visa stamping. I have heard that there is a new doctor who is taking time now days and it could be a reason for the delay in passports with visa. I have recently sent my passport and I can understand what you people must be going through. Do not worry be positive, maple would be there on the passport soon :-)

Hi all

i asked my consultant today too. but he says they havent :(recd any reply from CIC yet and they would revert as soon as they get something. In my case i have not even paid the complete fee to the consultant so cant even say that he is uninterested as 50 % fees has to be paid on receipt of visa ::) ::). Thats fate i think :o :o..........hope to get a positive reply but wait is killllllllllllling now............ :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Dear All,

I am also with you, Its really very hard to wait.
