Anybody put pof 0 for cec and got PR approved?

I know this topic has been debated multiple times and people have different views on this. I had put 0 for funds. I got ita today. My check list does ask for pof. I am wondering if that is ok or should i put some amount there and provide bank docements.

I am in canada. Got ita for cec.

CIC does explicitly ask for POF from all applicants who do not have a valid job offer (one with a positive LMIA). There have been reports in the past from members that CIC has been lenient on POF requirements with CEC applicants and even inland FSW applicants. What appears to work in their favor is uploading a series of documents including work authorization documents, bank statements showcasing salary credits, offer letter mentioning salary and benefits, pay stubs, T4s etc. All of these to be collectively uploaded in the POF placeholder as a single pdf along with a short LOE highlighting the applicant's proven abilities in successfully supporting themselves and their family and requesting the officer to consider your application on its merits.
