Anybody here got approved & finished all the processing w/o taking IELTS?
 
yes there is one I know of. He is from Australia though.
I dont know what country you are from but if you are not from Australia, NZ, US, UK, etc, its best to take it.
Even then there are cases when you should take IELTS.
 
i know two of my friends got approved without ielts. one applied in Aug'2007 and got his visa in May'08and another in July' 2008 and got in June'09.
they are residing in Canada for more than a year by the time they applied. they are from India.
