I submitted state police clearance in my full docs & received 2nd AOR.. i thought they will not ask for my FBI anymore since my fingerprint card was always rejected.

When I received my medical request they still request for my FBI (im spouse) :o

Im about to leave US & go back to my home country & I cant wait for my FBI police clearance report & assuming the report will arrive 2wks fr now (finally they accepted my fingerprints card but lack of pyt so I submitted again my credit card info) but ill be leaving nxt wk.

moral lesson: keep on following up your pending FBI application eventhough you alrdy got your 2nd AOR.

so anybody here get a PPR w/o FBI?!?

any advise what shld I do?!?

thanks!

Hi rslcanada,

I think u still have to provide one.Even my fingerprints were getting rejected due to poor quality of prints.I got at my fourth attempt.I was in ur situation where I had return to my home country within a month,so I enclosed a cover letter and self-addressed envelope(written 'home country address' on label) along with my fingerprints stating that I would be leaving US and going back to my home country by end of ---( month)....They had sent accordingly.

Also important step: sent them pre-paid Self-Addressed USPS Express mail envelope along with your fingerprints(on the label-write the 'address where u will residing in ur home country' and make a note of the 'TRACKING NUMBER')do mention about this envelope on the cover letter and u can mention the same address on the cover letter too just as a reference

Try to take electronic fingerprints(this would definetely help to get the clearance letter)send 2 copies of this.(Try to take in a local police department-they have this electronic machine and tell them ur fingerprints were getting rejected)

This is how I did at the fourth time and got the clearance letter.
hope this helps

thanks Pearl2010 for your reply...

Im already done with my fingerprints (3rd attempt) i didnt include pyt & sending it will takes 3-4 wks again. My problem is the forwarding address. I prefer to be sent in my friend's address here in US.

so what will I do is to wait for my FBI report which will cause delay for my PPR since we are coming back to US early nxt yr so I need my passport... thats my problem but I still hoping & praying that the clearance will arrive nxt wk otherwise my friend will just send it in my home country via usps express delivery
