Hello guys i wanna know if somebody actually got the visa here.
My friend wants to apply for canada to b honest all he want some kinda Legal Visa so that he can take out ways from that visa further.

I am new PR and the agent said he can applied for visitor visa but i see a grey area for that as he is 27 yrs old with not a huge financial background so applyin without reason ll be just clear rejection
And i heard abt the TRV also ...

Is there anybody here got visa and can share how to applied what kinda reason he / she mension
That ll be a huge favour

My frnd has +2 and own his business of Automobile , My thinking is he wont b applicable for Pr or work permit etc
so visitor might b the chance if we can set up some sort of documents or something ? :-X

Hi,

Any visa issued by the government of a country is an authorized endorsement to enter that country. So, it's not *kinda legal*.... it is legal, if you want to put it that way.

No idea what your friend's ultimate objective is.... sorry, it's beginning to sound a bit dodgy to me.

Yes, your friend can apply for a TRV if he is eligible. Use the 'Come to Canada' wizard on the CIC website to check your friend's eligibility.

Get a Document Checklist and Visa Office Instructions:

Maybe your English isn't too good.... but again, it seems a bit dodgy

Do go through this forum and the links given above.... and then post specific questions

Cheers

hi brayanna my wife got ppr for visiting visa ,she was applied from usa visa office now she is in india is it possible to send pasport in india? if so i need to send any mail to ny cic and ndvo cic?

Not sure if it's your English skills, but everything you enquire about seems to imply you plan on breaking some law or defrauding the system. Are you thinking once your friend is here on a TRV he can start a business or work?

Congrats :)

Yes, it is possible. Send an email to NDVO to request visa stamping..... and then submit her passport + relevant documents at the nearest CVAC

Oke i am sorry for short forms i should elaborate

Guys My friend want Visitor Visa for Canada . According to CIC check he is eligible to apply for Visitor Visa.
Now i have read few post in forum that
You should be able to finance yourself .
You must have a good reason for visiting.

He wants to Travel not work or Business. Giving reason that he just want to travel ll be enough ?
I know its depends on embassy but how can he increase the chances ?

Someone else had a reverse situation recently.... and she got replies from NY and ND visa offices pretty quickly.

You can submit the passport at the ND VFS.... hopefully they'll accept it
