Anybody got Visa Approved with General Category? Please reply!!!!

Hey guys,

I got an email today that my processed passport has been couriered, I received an email though which said dispatched and sent through blue dart, although it did not have any mention of approval or anything.
This means it is a reject right?

Any update bro? we both have applied on 29th May from VFS mumbai and still no reply. :-(

I've email Delhi embassy on 23rd. But no response yet. Don't know what are the chances of reply. or even for visa.
