anybody did bridge open work permit at boarder?

Hello, I am wondering if anybody did bridge open work permit at boarder? is it possible?
let me know if somebody did this way.

Not that I know off,While I have flagpolled over 118 times,since I do this almost weekly,I have never done this for BOWP, only closed PNP work permits,PGWP and spousal open work permits.They tell you to apply online because you have implied status anyway
