Mine was other reasons rejection .. Most probably course mis match ..

I got rejection in study visa for Jan 2014 for Dalhousie University Sad.. the reason of refusal:your proposed stdies r nt reasonable in light of 1 or more of: ur qualifications, previous stdies, employment , level of establishment, language abilities, or ur future propects and plans.
I got admission in dalhousie UNI for M.engg in internetworking. my profile is B.E (E&C) 58% (10 backlogs with repeatation) and an year gap during U.G means B.E completed in 5 years. IELTS- 6.5 (min 6 in each),also my final year project was on networking and I have also submitted a certificate from a private institute of N+, CCNA, MCSE where I have done training of these networking courses .. sufficient funds shown, applied under university category.. now how to resolve this issue with this profile?? plz guide me, I am desparately looking for help on this as I want to re-apply soon for the same intake..

Accept the truth bro!! No. Of backlogs too high n low %.

I don think they will give u VISA vth these much backlogs.

But if u can justify the backlogs, like producing a doctor's certificate, they might consider. We have seen cases like that. Alternatively, u can get the visa for a PG course, enter Canada and then change. Ask seniors suggestion. But once rejected for masters and if u apply for PG, they might get a doubt. Only seniors can guide u on this because they would have seen or heard about such situations.

Have more than 11years of work experience. currently working as Asst Manager for an online portal.

I have applied through a consultant, however it seems that he is not much aware of documents required under general Category. So I require help / suggestions from the experts....

-work exp certi
-financial doc like
-CA Report of movable nd immovable properties.
-attach all original doc which u mention in ur CA report.
-fee receipt
-GIC or loan certi

-offer letter
-SOP

AND FOLLOW CIC CHECKLIST FOR GENERAL APPLICATION.
