Any website/app that can instantly notify me when provinces reopen for PNP?

Hello all,

Could anyone please acquaint me with any website or mobile app that can notify me when provinces start accepting new applicants for nominations? I'm currently doing this by loading the homepages of all the three provinces I'm interested in. It would be grateful if anyone can point out an alternative way.
