Did anyone apply for Canada transit visa and how long does it take

You have given biometrics? It will be a few weeks due to long processing times. Can you find another flight that doesn’t stop in Canada? There are always flights that don’t need to go through Canada.

Have you applied for TRV or any permits and been rejected in the past? That will make a difference too.

I have given my biometrics
I am traveling for health reasons. Yes I have been rejected in the past, that was last year .

That will be a factor as you have been refused in the past. Again, not sure where you are travelling to but many times you don’t need to transit through Canada. So look at flights that don’t transit through Canada if you want to get to your destination.
