Any suggestions on what's the best US mail service to Canada?

Unfortunately, all my police records from my previous residence is expiring soon. I just noticed one of them expires on September 9th
I have gathered everything I need, except my FBI records which are already processed and they said I should get it next week. However I feel I should send all I have so far to my husband in Canada (sponsor).
I'm planning to mail the papers tomorrow. Should I use Fedex? UPS? USPS? Do you guys know what's the best service to Canada?

I've had the best luck with FedEx, and I've tried FedEx, UPS, DHL, Purolator and USPS.

Thank you for your input. I ended up using UPS but the package was kinda open, I'm going to blame it on customs. Everything was inside though. whew
