Not far wrong, very very very few FSW are approved with less than 67 points even when they request substituted evaluation. Here is a federal court case that addresses that issue: http://decisions.fct-cf.gc.ca/en/2010/2010fc225/2010fc225.html

That means your other characters which will help you get settled in Canada easily.
