I recently overstayed my study permit and left when I noticed it. I’ve read on the internet that study permit can be granted if offender had been out of Canada for at least 6 months. I’ve been out Canada for 6 months now solidifying my ties with my home country, do I have a good chance of getting a study permit ?

Looks like your applied for a new study permit and were refused in early August. If that's the case, IRCC clearly isn't satisfied with your ties to your home country. You need to wait longer before reapplying. Recommend you wait until next year and apply for the September 2019 term.

Please can you advise on ways to prove my ties to my home country especially after having a history of overstay ?
