Any settings I can change to get emails

Hi guys!
I was wondering why am I not getting any emails for messages in my inbox on the CIC website. When I got my ITA, I had to check on the CIC portal. I thought we receive emails on personal mailbox as well?

Are there any settings I can change for it?

Hey! Thanks for your reply. I have created a filter for CIC emails, but I don't see one for ITA as well. I just hope anything that comes from CIC doesn't just remain in the portal.
