ANY SCOPE FOR "ACCOUNTANTS" UNDER NEW NOC THIS YEAR 2011??????

Dear All:

You know me, perhaps... I am Masmun from Bangladesh got rejected due to my silly mistakes in ref: letters which was drafted by me.
forget the past.. Now tell me is there any scope to apply again under this existing NOC which was updated last month as an Accountant.

Please HELP me my honorable fellows & friends.
