Any reopen case through CSE?

Just wondering if anyone has re-opened case successfully after rejection through CSE :

Depends on the grounds of rejection. There are cases that were re-opened mainly because of "wrong medical" rejection.

If it was rejected by an oversight or mistake by CIC, it will usually be reopened.

If it was rejected by an oversight or mistake by the applicant, it will definitely not be reopened.

everyone that gets rejected due to wrong assessment cic made, and can offer some evidence to support this in the cse, will get their applications reopened
