Any reason NOT to include extra documents?

One of the organisations I used to work for closed in 2013 - I was able to get a reference letter from my former boss, but obviously it's not on headed paper. I've also got my contract and tax documents from when I used to work there so I was planning on including those as well. I even also have a news article that talks about the organisation closing (which mentions both me and my former boss by name).

I have reference letters from my other jobs as well, but was thinking about including tax docs, contracts etc also.

My question is - is there any reason NOT to include all of these documents in my express entry application?

There's no problem in showing extra documents to the govt. to support what you are trying to prove. The problem occurs when the documentation lacks as a support of evidence. So just upload whatever you have?

I actually got a question for my own a little different from this topic. Is there a way what has been filled out in the post-ITA profile once I have already applied for PR. I don't why I cannot check it. It's just the pre-ITA profile that I can check.
