any point of entry to present confirmation of permanent residence?

Me and my husband have been sponsored by my daughter. Do we need my daughter to meet us when we present our COPRs?
We have to arrive before february 2018. Can we present our documents at any airport?
This will be for a short visit then have to return to the UK to sort things out.

No - your daughter doesn't have to be there. Yes - you can land through any international airport.
