any penalties?seniors help

i applied to sydney with a claim for points on the relative in canada section
now i discover i can't use it cos he 's my cousin
got my aor and realised this now,still have 67marks though
can i leave out that part in my application to my visa office?
would this attract any penalties cos it might appear inconsistent

Dreamteam Man,

No penalties as long as you can reach the goal (67 Points) without claiming the relative points.

Even if you try to claim the 5 points by putting in the Documents of your cousin, the IO responsible for your case, will give you zero anyway, as a Cousin does not earn you any points. So why are you so worried.
