ANY PAKISTANI GOT MEDICAL CALL AFTER APPLIED APPLICATION ON 23 OCTOBER???

Got medical call on Nov. 14th.
But I had under-gone upfront medical. Don't know why they asked for it again! Any how I went to the medical officer and replied to CIC about my medical this Wednesday.
Hoping for the best

i also had upfront medical and got the same call on 14th Nov for medical. I too informed the cic about my upfront

dnt worry , many others with upfront have got the same medical request from cic..

this was an automated email from cic, no reason to worry but few things are certain:
1. our file is clear
2. they will just examine our upfront medical results
3. we should get visa within 2 weeks maximum....

Yeah, I was also thinking along the same terms in the subconcious! Yet had a little doubt!

I have to submit the passport as per request. My passport will be expired by Jun 2016 & my duration of studies will be till Dec 2016. What duration of visa will be issued & will I need to get a new visa after renewing my Passport in Canada ?

First of all, before applying for visa you should have applied for renewal of ur passport

yes i think that u will have to apply for renewal of study permit once ur passport is expired in canada

you are lucky man. People have been waiting for so long and havent heard anything from CIC. I have applied on 28 July and still in limbo

I guess you made a record This is way faster for CHC Islamabad

Sorry for writing out of the topic, but its something good for all new students coming to Concordia university Montreal.

I am a student of Concordia and going to Toronto in winter for a month, so my apartment would be free. If anyone is coming to Montreal in this period he can live in my apartment in a very low weekly rent. This time would be enough to search a new apartment.
My apartment is just a max of 2 min walk from university.

I am leaving on 8 December and coming back by 6 of January.

I had my medical on 3rd December and haven't heard anything yet
I hope v all get the good news asap In-Shaa-ALLAH
