Its not mandatory but you should take IELTS to give yourself every opportunity to get admission.

This is the site which will guide you completly.... all required documents are mentioned there and at the end of page there is a link from which you can download the application forms, Only three forms are required, one form which carry's your complete info, second form carry's your family info and third one is only check list.

after completing all required documentation send them to CHC via Gerry's service or TCS.

Only submit SOP, no other letter is required
