Hello i have submitted my file on august 7 for jan intake (langara college)
Now i am concerned as i have paid 1 year tution fees and have gic bank statement. Are any other funds required by embassy? Bcz under sds only 1 year tution fees and gic is required.
Is father's income matter ? I have writen 5 lac per annum father's income but my consultant said no proof is required of father's income we have to only write it in papers.

,

You shouldn't be worried except "maybe" your academic profiles especially your IELTS isn't good but I guess its good as you opt for SDS

I have seen above average of Indians who recently got a decision with just only the first year tuition fees payment and GIC, and nothing more(no landed properties, parents ITR, bank statements etc)

But in addditin to the aforementioned in the bracket, it makes your case stronger but if you have a convincing application(good academic profiles, relevant course, a course that relates with your previous studies or work experience, good IELTS score etc), I don't think you need to worry

Did you submit your work exp. Documents too?

Nd IELTS score??
Your observation was right.. In Canada there is no need to show funds, however, source of income is required... You have a strong profile.. Have got a strong chances to receive a Visa
