Any other fast processing evaluating agency instead of WES ??

Is their any other agency for evaluating the educational credentials regardless of WES ( Web page is subjected to an internal error).
I want to assess my MBA and B.COM degree and transcripts.

There are 2 more authorized agencies....

1. Comparative Education Service – University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies
2. International Credential Assessment Service of Canada
