Any opition after mispreprestAtion bann

i hve been banned for misrepresentation on TRV WP application ,my name does not appeared on cic computer , and cic gave me 30 days but not satisfied with mine reply . I think emplyer paper work has some issues with human resources or may be moratorium fact ! Now cic india imposed bann for 5 years under 40(1)40(2) .is it posible to appeal to lift bann ?

It's extremely difficult to lift a ban. If you want to try lifting the ban you would need to hire a very good immigration lawyer in Canada. Expect this to cost several thousand dollars - and even then there is no guarantee of success.
