Any one with an idea of good uni or college for these courses please help!!!

My cousins want to apply to come to Canada and i need to choose courses for them. they intend studying
1) Chemical Engineering
2) Electrical Engineering
3) Medicine and Surgery
4) Computer Engineering

Please anyone who lives or study in schools where the prices ranges from 10,000 to 14,000 per annum for these courses should kindly let me know
please.

For chem engg and comp sci u can consider univ of regina. Univ fees would be around $8000 per annum
