Any One who have not Received acknowledgement for PP and Draft

Any One who have not Received acknowledgement for PP and Draft. But Received Visa ?
I am worried i send my passports 25 days back but still waiting for Acknowledgement. How long CHC take to return my PP's (average time Now days).

Does New Delhi VO typically acknowledge receipt of PP and bank draft? Because from what I have read in different threads and from personal experience, visa offices do not send out acknowledgement if receipt of PP or bankdraft for RPRF. What I did was send a case specific enquiry to confirm that they have received the bank draft and also the PP. It was a really good way to find out the status of our application. You can do the same thing but it is entirely up to you...am just sharing what worked for my case.

I also sent passports on 26th April, 2011 but did not receive any receipts yet. It seems they do not usually send receipts. We are in same boat....we might be receiving passports with visas almost on the same time. Best of Luck.

FYI, NDVO does send RPRF receipts for everyone, just that it takes various times for us to receive. Some receive it very soon, some just before the stamped passports, some after the stamped passports reach you

Anyway, you can check if your DD is en cashed with your bank and there is the confirmation that your passports and RPRF are in safe hands

PS: I just found our RPRF was en-cashed yesterday

My DD encashed on 4may..... but still no receipt received ...... I hope i will receive my PP directly ..... (with grace of GOD)

Got receipt of my RPRF dated May 04 2011.

Mr. Singh...i think we will get our passports back at the same time as we sent them on almost same date and they enchased the DD on the same date. Best of luck to all of us.
