I had applied under bc provencial and it was approved from province. I send my application to buffalo after medical done after paying landed fee bc provice withdraw my bc nominee because of some documents isse after 1 months buffalo cic reject my application .MY concern is now I can apply CEC ? I have already pay landed fee too it will help if I apply CEC , or my application will start new timeline ??? any seniors has this kind of situation ??? please help me guys .

New application = new timeline = new fees.

If you are eligible for a refund for your earlier application, you should get that eventually.

The landing fee will not speed up your application - CIC will issue a refund. When you apply for CEC and if approved, CIC will then request the landing fee again.

Make sure the "document issue" is not a problem for your CEC application.
