Any one Got PR in June 2011 batch???

our application sent in June 2011, AOR receieved on Jan 23 together with medicals. No reply received by CIC!

I got my passport request this morning. Should be hearing from them soon, hopefully. My timeline is underneath my profile picture to give you an idea.

Your guess is as good as mine with regards to ecas! I checked ecas on Tuesday of this week and my application said "in process" - they had received my application on June 17th and had begun to process it on February 24th. then Wendesday morning, I got my passport request. I checked ecase Thursday night (last night) and my information had disappeared off of it. I never got "decision made" or "medicals received" or anything. So strange.

I also applied in June 2011. I received the AOR along with medicals in September. I sent the medicals in October and they started processing on Jan 5th. My file got transferred to Detroit in February and received the PPR request during the mid of February. I sent my passport and fee in March and received the passport back last week. I would suggest to send a case specific inquiry if the process is taking too much time. I have sent an inquiry to Buffalo office and then they transferred my file to Detroit. 3 days after the transfer, I received PPR request.

thanks for the info its taking so long and its frustrating too. I did send a inquiry to them regarding the landing fees and they said it can be paid anytime but needs to be paid when they issue the visa. would you know how many days after medical results received they would send the passport request...

Do they send the passport request via email to our lawyers or to the clients. We have lawyers handling our file but they dont like to question cic?

all the communication from CIC went to my lawyer, who would then pass it on to me. you can probably choose to have it sent to you though.

how does it take buffalo office to respond..?? they do not provide clear detail of ur application.

I received my PPR an email from Detroit office on 30 March. sent passports to Detroit on 2 April.

I dont know what they are doing in Buffalo. I sent them an case specific email asking about our status no reply yet.

Buffalo office said application in process and cannot provide a date when the processing of application will be complete.
