any one going to british columbia in upcoming semester MBA

any one who is going to get admission at university of british columbia, i need your help to understand the fee package for MBA. the amount and description mentioned at website is ambiguous to me could you tell me comprehensively about its fees.

my other query is whether it is necessary to get GMAT certificate for admission in its business school

i have secured ielts with 7 bands already
