I got the refusal letter with reason " Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing marks sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans."

Apply for a program that makes sense given your existing background/education.
Do you really need to go to Canada to study english? The visa officer is not convinced.

Actually I applied ESL with the post graduate course. I have completed B.Tech without backlog with 7.9 CGPA. But My IELTS score is low with overall 6 in one module 5 and one another module 5.5. and two modules get 6 and 6.5.
