i would like to recommend room in Sarnia
849 divine street it around 4km form college (food basic is just 2 min walking from there so grocery would be always full)

Avoid Nottingham towers 64 and 56 Finch Drive
its worst building in Sarnia (they use old heater in building and hydro we get in first 4 months was aprox $800)
avoid any building that does not include hydro and water in rent

What will be the approximate living expense (food and accommodation) for a student in a month if we choose this apartment. Could you suggest some more apartments from kijiji which are good. What about the transportation from this apartment to Lambton..

some apartments allow 6 people in 2BHK,
room rent for 2BHK would be $850max
and if you get mobile connection you will get $30-$40 depend on what plan you choose
bus pass would cost 165$ (for 4 months 1 Sem) frequency of bus is not good 1 every 30 min except bus no 9 it will come every 15min
over all cost should not go more than $250-$300 all depends on how you spend (if you don't smoke or drink)
i have few friends they spend $500-$600 a month

apartment are cheaper, houses are around 1000 + utilities (hydro + water ) water bill scares me
but some house owner give basement on rent for $450 - $500 (not sure but only 1 or 2 people allowed)

Thanks for your useful information. I have got admission for ITP course at Lambton college . Do we have Co-op for 8 months or is it for 4 months only . Course mentions two terms but it is confusing how many months in one term.
