CHC London will contact u almost after 4 months, and that time u need a frsh bank statement of ur brother not this one. dont withdrawal ur money till ur case is in CHC.

Shan, Still i never submit any bank statement from my site, When i was applying to Saskatchewan Government, my brother show the funds for my case. On this base government approve my case.

CHC will request u to proof of funds with medical request, at that time u need to submit ur brother's bank statement.

others might have done the same and may suggest you... but i think you need to show the sale documents of the land and also the inheritance documents if you inherited the property.

When CIC ask for proof of sufficient funds, only you have to send them most updated bank statement showing at least $10,000 in your brother's bank account. Moreover, Your brother need to give an affidevit for financial support. Means, once you arrive in Canada, he will financially support you.
I did in this way. It worked very well.

Thanks God at las i find another person who is Quebec applicant from Pakistan. I applied in April 2006, got CSQ on 17th April 2009, since 2nd June 2009 my case status is "in Progress". Case has transferred to London on 30th June 2010 and they told to wait till october 2010. on 20th october i got a mail about whether i continue /discontinue the case reply us and further process will continue after that i got reply of my case inquiry that my file is awaiting review by immigration officer. so still i am waiting for medical request. However the federal skilled workers who applied and submitted their doc. in aug 2009, got their medical request. God knows better when this will happen to us.

Nice to hear from you. This is strange that they are asking you to continue the process or not. I think it is some mistake from their side. did they verified your employment after submitting the documents to CHC islamabad in 2009.

I just got medical request. they are asking Source of money, original degree and a letter to explain how would i established myself in canada. I want to ask from you that i do not have enough cash in my account, all i have is in prize bond, cash which i invest in some business. So if I convert all this in cash and put in account, Is't fine? plus I also have some property in my name and notarized paper of this property i already sent to london.
