Not sure about SINP but for MPNP ..Ielts is mandatory now..bur bands req is as low as i thnk 5 bands all over,,so its just a formality for provincial nominees

hi guyz!
waiting waiting and long waiting still no response after medical have been recieved line shows.
i have done my medicals on 10-12-2012 any idea how much time they take for ppr.

Its weird but now a days PPR1 is taking more than 6 months

Hope for the best. Insha'Allah you'll get it soon as you already sent updated forms & PCC last month & it shows that just final review is left before issuing PPR.

Through bank i learned that my DD is honoured on 31 May.
Should i write to CIO for AOR.
Or to wait.
pl advise and how to write a CSE.

my application reached at CIO on 24 april
and DD is en cashed om 31 may

Dear Seniors and Ume Rayan,

I received that additional medical request letter yesterday. and the date mentioned on the letter is 11 April 2013!! whereas the postage stamp is of 23 June 2013. Anyhow I took the letter to IOM Lahore as the letter mentioned to take it to the panel who took my initial medicals. The IOM people told me that all the asked additional tests have already been done by them and they were the same that Ive mentioned in my earlier posts in this forum. They even gave me all the DHL tracking numbers for the delivery of those results to the visa office.

Now the new thing which came to my knowledge here is that as me and my spouse went through medicals on 5th dec 2012 after which my wife was asked for some further tests.. the IOM people had sent that first results on 13th December 2012 to Delhi Office as shown by the tracking numbers they provided!! And then as for the further tests for my wife which ended with the final X-ray on 5th March 2013 they sent all the further test results to CIC London office rather than Delhi office!!!! I asked the IOM manager there that why were the last test results not sent to Delhi office to which he told me very clearly that all the further reports for any case are to be sent directly to the CIC London office rather that Delhi office and thats the procedure set to them by the embassy!! He even showed me the instructions document!

This is really such a crazy situation here and I'm so upset as to how to go ahead with it. As I told you that the London office hasnt been replying about 3 mails for the past 4 months that Ive sent them! The Delhi office is asking for the further results although the London office have them still they are just quiet!!! The IOM says that they cant help in any way here because they have done their role and its purely embassy miscommunication problems or whatever!! Ive even faxed my query to CIC London even still there hasnt been a reply!

Please anyone help... dont know what to do here!

I must say its height of negligence. Your VO don't know their own rules & now they are creating panic by not responding to any email .

Did you send tracking record of last tests to CHC, London? Send it to them by explaining that IOM delivered it to their London office instead of New Delhi. Also send them a scanned copy of letter you received from New Delhi & explain that you already did final tests. Afterwards you need to wait & watch. Too many emails & queries will irritate them.

According to my observation, if the applicant has to go through with re-medical or there is addition of new born in family, then processing time will increase no matter what. So patience is the only key to success.

Oh strike at CHC, London(Immigration Section) ???

That might be the reason of delays after medical & no/less response from VO.

MY catergory is AINP FAMILY STREAM. RECENTLY I APPEARED IN TEST GOT 5 BAND OVERALL. ALSO MY SPOUSE GOT 5. WHAT SHOULD I DO? RETAKE TEST AGAIN.

1.New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form
2.New Schedule A/Background Declaration form for you and your spouse
3.New Schedule 4 Provincial Nominee form
4.New Additional Family Information form IMM5406 for you and your spouse
5.Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee
6.New Original police certificates for you and your spouse after 2011 dec.
7.Funds(Bank statement)

Normally Right of Permanent Residence Fee is asked after Medicals. I have not been asked for Medicals and all of the documents asked for were already provided. I don't know whats going on is it going towards positive or negative. Coz its been almost 5 years now and I dont know what they are doing.

Yup I received MR & RPRF after 8 days when my status changed to "In process". Same happened to almost all other applicants too. So Insha'Allah you'll get MR & RPRF soon.

Overall 5 would be sufficient. I personally know a recent applicant who got 4.5 & got PR visa as well without any objections.

Its quite normal. CHC usually ask for updated forms & documents before or after Medical. Although now a days, they are asking for new forms after Medical, before issuing PPR1.
