Can any one share landing experience in Toronto Air Port under SINP.

I had received medicals in Nov 2012. got them done on 5th dec 2012. My wife was asked to give some further tests because her X-ray wasn't clear. she gave those tests which all came clear as per the IOM staff and then she was asked to give a final chest x-ray after 3 months on 5 March 2013. she got all of them done and the IOM staff told us that we dont need to give any further tests and that the complete medicals will be sent to Delhi office in 2 weeks. I emailed CIC london office to know the status of my file to which they replied on 9th April 2013 that the Delhi office had sent a letter to me on 18 Feb 2013 asking for sum further tests for my spouse. I haven't received any letter from Delhi office and I told them the same. Since then I have not received any correspondence from CIC London! Nor have I received any letter neither have the office contacted me by email!

Ive emailed them twice and even Faxed them once as well but there is no one there to give any response! I'm really frustrated and just dont know what to do here! I was approved under Alberta Nominee program in Nov 2010 and I had sent my complete application to CIC London in January 2011. So its already been over 28 months now since I've applied!!

I would be grateful if some1 can help me out.

He went to IOM, Islamabad & he was surprised to see that they received that letter few weeks ago but didn't even bother to call him for re-test. ???

So just to be on safe side, its better to ask IOM that they receive any letter or not. Usually IOM, Islamabad do all correspondence with New Delhi Office, so if they receive anything then it must be at IOM, Islamabad.

waiting waiting and long waiting still no response after medical have been recieved line shows.
i have done my medicals on 10-12-2012 any idea how much time they take for ppr.

Thanks alot Ume Rayan for ur suggestion. I contacted IOM Islamabad today and they gave me an email address to ask about that letter if they have received any. Ive emailed them my query and I'm waiting for their response.
I wish things have not gone bad. My Ecas shows no change for the past 21 months. It just says "In Process" and then further says:

We received your application for permanent residence on January 25, 2011.

We started processing your application on September 19, 2011.

This is so annoying as the case has already taken more than 28months since I applied!! not to mention the two and a half years it took for the AINP nomination! which i applied back in 2007

I just dont understand whats wrong with these people

It is right that English language profficiency documents are not including in the list of documents required for Provincial Nominee Applicant, but they may ask in some in later stage of processing, atleast in my case they have asked.

hey how are you. i need to ask one thing that how much ILETS result band required????? as my case is in CHC london and they ask me to provide me latest IELTS test i already have given test before but i think it has expired after 2 year. so they need it again.

like MPNP it is 5 and sinp it is 4.5 band
what is your category.

Hi all!
I need to get a police character certificate from Sharjah, UAE.
Thing is, I lived there for 9 months after my 18th birthday, and this was back in 1997. After that I settled in Pakistan, for higher education and job.

Now How can I get my PCC? I cannot go there, and I hear it is very difficult to get it via mail, as the UAE departments tend to loose it.
I know the procedure, even got my finger prints attested from Sindh Police/UAE Embassy/Foreign affairs.

Just want to know how to get UAE/Sharjah PCC while I'm in Pakistan. Any contacts, help ill be really appreciated.

Through bank i learned that my DD is honoured on 31 May.
Should i write to CIO for AOR.
Or to wait.
pl advise and how to write a CSE.

I received that additional medical request letter yesterday. and the date mentioned on the letter is 11 April 2013!! whereas the postage stamp is of 23 June 2013. Anyhow I took the letter to IOM Lahore as the letter mentioned to take it to the panel who took my initial medicals. The IOM people told me that all the asked additional tests have already been done by them and they were the same that Ive mentioned in my earlier posts in this forum. They even gave me all the DHL tracking numbers for the delivery of those results to the visa office.

Now the new thing which came to my knowledge here is that as me and my spouse went through medicals on 5th dec 2012 after which my wife was asked for some further tests.. the IOM people had sent that first results on 13th December 2012 to Delhi Office as shown by the tracking numbers they provided!! And then as for the further tests for my wife which ended with the final X-ray on 5th March 2013 they sent all the further test results to CIC London office rather than Delhi office!!!! I asked the IOM manager there that why were the last test results not sent to Delhi office to which he told me very clearly that all the further reports for any case are to be sent directly to the CIC London office rather that Delhi office and thats the procedure set to them by the embassy!! He even showed me the instructions document!

This is really such a crazy situation here and I'm so upset as to how to go ahead with it. As I told you that the London office hasnt been replying about 3 mails for the past 4 months that Ive sent them! The Delhi office is asking for the further results although the London office have them still they are just quiet!!! The IOM says that they cant help in any way here because they have done their role and its purely embassy miscommunication problems or whatever!! Ive even faxed my query to CIC London even still there hasnt been a reply!

Please anyone help... dont know what to do here!

But Someone told me that recently Cic London is asking every 1 to prove Endlish ability. so we need to provide IELTS etc..., is anyone recently got the letter from London regarding IELTS please reply thanks

Not sure about SINP but for MPNP ..Ielts is mandatory now..bur bands req is as low as i thnk 5 bands all over,,so its just a formality for provincial nominees
