This response from CIC is 2 months old, So What should i do now ?
This is general response from them I have the same one received almost a month ago, my application in process since July 2012 but noting update.
What's your category of Application means under which stream ? Also under which nomination?
LVO is taking too much time for general stream in fact .
So it's better you can wait till the time they would contact you.

Medical Examination Instructions (PAKISTAN)

Application No: b

Dear Applicant

In order to determine whether you meet the medical admissibility criteria of Canada’s Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA), you and your dependants, whether accompanying or not, must undergo a medical examination. You do not need a medical form. All the information and instructions you require are in this document.

Family Members Client Id Date of Birth
Aslam, Muhammad Khalil

The medical examination must be completed within 60 days. If you do not undergo an examination within the next 60 days, your application will be assessed based on the information on file, and may result in the refusal of the application.

How to proceed:
In Pakistan, the medical examination must be performed by an International Organization for Migration (IOM) Canadian Health Assessment Panel Physician. To make an appointment, contact one of the offices listed at http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medicalinfo.aspx?CountryID=1999&CountryName=Pakistan

Please contact our office if you or your dependants will NOT be doing your medical examination in Pakistan, as you will require a medical form to complete the medical examination outside of Pakistan.

Medical examinations are by appointment only. Please be sure to keep your appointment as you may be charged for the examination if you fail to appear.

All costs related to the medical examination including mailing costs and/or courier charges are to be paid by the applicant. The IOM Canadian Health Assessment Office will advise you of the amount that will be charged for medical examination.

What you should bring:
Bring the following to your examination (and to any follow-up testing):
This letter which includes your application number.
Original, valid individual passport (photocopies are not acceptable).
Five (5) recent passport-sized original photos. The photo should have been taken within the last 3 months.
Eye glasses (if applicable).
List of prescription drugs taken or any relevant medical report(s) from previous conditions which the doctor may need to discuss.
Documented evidence of tuberculosis (TB) treatment if you have been treated for TB in the past.

If you do not take all the above to your appointment, the Physician may not examine you and you may need to make a new appointment. This will delay the processing of the application.

What is included in the medical examination:
Complete medical examination - for persons of all ages.
Chest X-ray and report - for all persons 11 years of age and over (and others if there are concerns of TB in the family).
Urinalysis including microscopic examination - for persons 5 years of age and over.
Syphilis serology - for persons 15 years of age and over.
HIV testing for persons 15 years of age and over, children who have received blood or blood products or who have a known HIV positive mother. If the first test is positive, a second confirmation test must be done at the expense of the applicant.

What happens next:
The result will be forwarded to a Canadian Medical Officer and then to our office. The IOM Canadian Health Assessment Panel Physician cannot provide any further information related to the processing of your application and you are not to handle the medical results yourself.

Further medical tests:
Certain medical conditions may require further tests. You will be informed if further tests are required. These tests are part of the standard immigration medical exam and are based on guidelines set out by the Canadian Medical Officer. The IOM Office will forward all medical results directly to the Canadian Medical Officer, once all test results are received.

NOTE: Medical examination is undertaken at your own risk and expense and does not constitute final acceptance of your application or guarantee that you will be issued a visa. Should you subsequently be refused a visa, there will be no refund of the fees and costs incurred. You should not take any steps now such as disposing of property or giving up employment or making other commitments concerning your proposed migration to Canada.

IMPORTANT: Immigration Medical results are valid for 12 months from the date of the examination. All family members should attend examinations on the same day.

Hi

It means Average Processing Time for all PNP applicants whose visa office is London, is 6 months only.

Which is not true in case of Pakistani applicants :(

I hope that helps.

WoW....Congrats on getting MR via email.

You are first PNP applicant(don't know about FSW) who got MR via email. While applicants from other countries usually receive it via email.

I read at CIC site that they are changing their old medical system and replacing it with an online system where IOM are advised to download & fill pdf forms from CIC site & then send those to visa office via email rather than by post.

It really is a good initiative by CIC. It will speed up the processing duration.

Wish you all the best.

Hi all

Just wanted to update you guys that one of my friend who applied to CIO, Nova Scotia with me. He is Alberta PNP. He sent his additional documents during last week of Sept (2 weeks after mine). Afterwards his status changed to "In process" within a week & today he received MR via regular mail. He didn't pay any postal fees. His MR reached to him within a week. Thats called luck :)

I'm happy for him & his family as my visa officer is sleeping these days :(

I guess now days London visa office is giving priority to Alberta applicants as they are much older applicants as compared to us. Most of them applied for PNP in 2009 - 2010. Good for them.

Regards
