hello slam to all, im new to this forum.
my visa application for federal skilled noc of 4011 (univ lecturer ) applied last year 2014 june ,they proceesed it in mid july and end of oct I got approval letter .than I added my spouse in april .but today I got letter from London office that I do not fulfill requirement of job duties in my job letter..although the job duties they mentioned are already present in my letter .I do not know what actions they want from me..on the first go they approved it now this ? they refused it..how much time I have for appeal where should I do it ?how much chances I have .all other things lik stataments police certi ,wes report ielts already been submitted.

Guys i have to asked one thing from you when i apply for PNP my masters is in process i didnt show them in documents and after that in PNP applicant interview i told them about masters in process now my masters is completed and transcripts are in hand ... what was your opinion will i send these doc to CiC for this update ? if yes then how i have just received my 2nd line update .. no email from visa officer yet... kindly help me

U should have informed them in the forms that ur masters is in process..
And now since u have informed them in interview, u should inform them by email..
That is just my opinion..
U can get advice frm some senior members also.

Im hopeful though. I will get soon inshaAllah.

6 months have passed to get AOR / UCI no. still waiting for any further development. any one have any idea how long it will take to get next step.

i got my AOR in start of feb 2015 and my application was received by CIC in July 2014.
any one got MR who got AOR in feb?

Bro whats your whole timeline ??? are you PNP and whats your Current ECAS status

my medical has been done 31st July 2015. During medical exams, small hole was detected in my 9th month daughter through improper heart beating.
As i already checked up my daughter personally in the month of march 2015, where VSD 4mm hole was detected , for which pediatric cardio docter told me verbaly that she is fine it will be close with the passage of time , no need of medicine and surgical interventions.

So I showed that report to Canadian docters and they accepted to forward further for review. In appearance my daughter is fine , she is growing well. now me worried about immigration case. so please suggest me and share ur and other experience regarding this issue.regards

all will be good congrats for having your Medicals... obviously they consider it because they have a known issue with childs that will be cured slowly by self
