You didn't get any reference number yet so you can't mention. I think you should mention you surname, name, , birthday, Passport number, date received CIO your application, when they charged your payment etc or any other information that you think you should mentioned in you email.

Also, mentioned that your are not received any email from CIO and your consultant information as well.

Hope you will get positive response.

It's a kinda late for you ...you should have received something from London office .
But they deal all the cases on individual bases . It should be any time soon though.

you said start processing, if in your ecas that is written than you file is already with an IO. Dont worry.
FYI LVO doesnt send any 2nd AOR. I means you will not receive any communication regarding that your file has been transferred.
A long time since I hear about it.
