Dear All

Please guide me for ILETS expired..

I applied SINP on Jan 2014 for CIVIL Engineer NOC CODE 2131 . In that time, expiry date of IELTS was 21 July 2014.

Now ILETS is expired ...but still me case is in process at SINP level. SINP asked for updated bank statement and submitted it last week..

Now I am worried for situation after nomination...still i am waiting for nomination , hopefully i will be nominated in the month of Nov/Dec 2014, not sure.

But I have question regarding expiry ILETS, If I apply further to CIO after nomination then should I submit the ILETS or not because ILETS is expired now.

please suggest me for the situation after nomination...........CIO level.....


2nd thing is that my expired IELTS ( S=7, W=6, L=5.5 and R=5.5) will accepted at CIO level even SINP's minimum criteria is 4 CLB (IELTS , S=4,W=4,L=4.5, R=3.5)...I heard that CIO / concerned canadian VO rejected many cases at their level after nomination whose IElts score meet minimum criteria and lower than 5.5 band in each.....please share stories and experiences..

You will have to take IELTS for sure as PNP applicant... SINP will ask you just before nominating you... so Its better not to worry about it rather start preparing for it

Regarding IELTS band... your expired is more than enough for your NOC... SINP minimum Criteria for each modules is enough for you in your NOC..

we are expecting PR-1 and PR-2 soon ,
when CIC request for PR-1 and PR-2 ( InshAllah Soon ), where i will send my passport for Visa Stamp??? ...
i.e Islamabad Office or Canadian embassy Riyadh ....
actually we live in Riyadh , Saudi Arabia and my wife is on visit visa ( Means she have to carry Passport all the time with her ) ...

if i know the exact office and how much time they take for stamping i will plan accordingly .........

Your processing office is Abu Dhabi or London?
Whatever is your processing office you will have to email your scanned passport for PPR-1 and updated information chart to that embassy when they will ask you...
Once you receive it you will have to submit your original passport to Islamabad if you (Principle applicant) living in Pakistan or Abu Dhabi if Principle applicant living in Saudi Arabia

Wait for any kind is really hard bcz at this time, i m waiting for ppr-1 and really its too tough for me.

Believe me or not... Waiting to receive passport is much much harder than this..

no AOR recived from cic after two months.i send my documents.

You have to wait 2 weeks more... after that you can send email to CIO with your application delivery receipt/proof

Believe me or not... Waiting to receive passport is much much harder than this..

True wait at last moment is really really hard. But its great that u got ur destination. Now me, saleem, zahid and some other members are waiting for last stage.

Islamabad IOM is eMedical enabled. They will upload results within a week. You will see third line added "Medical Results have been received" after 9-10 days in your brother's Ecas provided everything is fine with his results

I think most of your questions have been adequately answered by the Forum members, most especially Sani and Smile2good and others. However, i will just submit my opinion to complement what these senior Bloggers have said.

1) The IELTS results that you had submitted with your application for Provincial nominee (PNP) is enough to get the nomination certificate SINP since it was valid at the time you submitted your application for nomination.'

2) At the level of CIO/CIC, is is required to submit a valid IELTS results with your application before it can be deemed complete. Since your IELTS results has expired before your plan submission to CIC/CIO, it will be advisable you enroll for IELTS ASAP.

3) Regarding the sufficient Band that will be required at the level of CIC, i think 5.0 in each of the four Units ( Speaking, reading, Writing and listening) may be enough. Though this depends entirely on your NOC. If your NOC is in Teaching or Solicitor, you may be required to get more point in your IELTS results.

Note: This is just my personal opinion.
