The cheque can be issued from any bank or financial institution, regardless of whether it is in the UK or not. As long as its made out to the receiver general for Canada and its made out in Canadian Dollars then it will be accepted for payment.

1) i done medical from IOM on 18th december 2012
2) IOM delivered medical report to new delhi ( which i confirmed through DHL that it reached on 29th december 2012.
3) i received E-mail from LVO that they have not received my medical and give me dead line of 30 days, remember this E-mail i received on 4th april 2013.
4) i make CSE and pinpoint my situation that i already given medical on above dates
5) till date i have not received any thing from LVO inspite of my CSE
6) i Called to IOM, they told that they can not provide duplicate or redo medical untill and unless visa office told them to do so
7) what should i further do at this difficult period

KINdly brotherS help me and suggest your useful suggestions.

Do you have the medical receipts from IOM? You should provide them to LVO as a proof that you did your medicals. If you did not keep them safe, you can try to contact IOM to get duplicate receipts if possible.

and i checked on provincial nominees checklist item no.8 use of representative but actualy i dont have any representative and i didnt include this form with my application.
should i send them an email for clarification or they will consider it as a human error.

Do you have the medical receipts from IOM? You should provide them to LVO as a proof that you did your medicals. If you did not keep them safe, you can try to contact IOM to get duplicate receipts if possible.

do'nt very they will search with Tracking number and will repley u withen 4 to 6 weeks, this is a routine matter for LVO, they are asking almost evry 2nd applicant that they have not receive the mail and after Tracking number i sure u will have a possitive response....

My medical was done on 28th Jan. My Ecas is still "In process" but they confirmed that we receive your payment & your medicals are under review. Hopefully I'll get PCC request in May & afterwards PPR1 during June

Don't worry, give them 4 months to review your medicals. Insha'Allah you'll get PPR1 during May as you already submitted your recent PCC along with draft. So no need to apply for GCMS notes.

This ATIP tool is for Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada or an individual currently present in Canada. Not applicable to us.

Don't worry it happened to one of my friend. He forgot to send them Payment receipts that he received from IOM. He sent that receipt to CHC, London as a proof that hez done with medical already but CHC,London again requested him to provide "Delivery record" i.e DHL tracking print out. He asked IOM to provide him tracking number. Afterwards he sent that print out to CHC. After couple of weeks, CHC, London confirmed him that they are able to locate his Medical at New Delhi.

So you need to send them DHL tracking record actually. Ask IOM to provide you tracking number.

AOR can take 1.5 - 2 months & CHC, London will contact you within 1-2 months after AOR.

Its better to send them a CSE after 1 month of AOR, just to know status of your file. Many applicants were able to get Add Doc Req or MR along with their reply.

They can ask for Settlement Plan(MUST), 6 months Bank statement(MUST) & Your work experience in your own words.
