Any one from CHC ISB got rejection on "Purpose of Visit"...How to satisfy VO?

Any information or paragraph which we add in cover letter / study plan or SOP

In first / 2nd chance who got visa to satisfy VO regarding
"Purpose of Visit" in getting
study permit.......that will help future students...........

very stupid reason of refusal....... je Purpose of visit..... we are going on student visa........it is a common sense and VO is unanalytical and unlogical.......?
